7. How to reserve and rent the room if you are in Spain?
The only way to reserve and rent a room is by paying two months of rent in advanced.
How do you pay? By making a deposit to a bank account (mentioned below) making sure you write your name & last name since this will be your receipt to enter the flat
Immediately after you deposit or transfer money in the bank, you need to write me an e-mail so I can confirm that the money is in the bank.
In the e-mail, specify clearly which room you paid for, how much money you deposited, and when are you arriving at the flat. We can arrange an airport or train station pick up.
Keep your receipt because you need to show it to Daisy or Jessica when you arrive to the flat
Also you need to give them a photocopy of your ID or Passport **Important Note: DO NOT hand in rent money in cash, the only way to pay is by
