Single room in Eixample (close to Plaza Universitat). The flat is around 90 m2, and it has 4 bedrooms (mine, room A, room B & one as a dressing room), 1 bathrooms, 1 medium size living room & kitchen. The flat was painted in January and also has been polished.

You share the apartment with one boy (Barcelona) and one girl (Island) .

The room is available from 23-05-2008. Equipment: Single bed, with storage underneath & mirror and a window.

Room B:  400€

Expenses included: Internet, community, insurance and taxes.

Non included: Gas, water, electricity

Bond: 410€ (refundable at end of stay)
